Usage Limits

Each plan includes monthly usage allowances. Usage resets on the first day of each billing period.

When you approach 80% of a usage limit, the Monitoring Dashboard will show a warning indicator. If you consistently hit limits, consider upgrading to the next tier.

Managing Your Subscription

All billing management is available from Settings in the admin panel. From there you can:

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll retain full access until then.

Upgrading Your Plan

Ready for more? Navigate to Settings and click Upgrade. You'll see a preview of the new plan's features before confirming.

What happens when you upgrade

When upgrading from Adventurer to Champion:

Migration is seamless: Your sidekick's embed URL stays the same, your knowledge base carries over, and your users won't notice any interruption.

Billing FAQ

What happens if I exceed my limits?
Your sidekick will continue working, but you'll see a warning in the Monitoring Dashboard. We recommend upgrading before consistently exceeding your allowances to ensure the best experience for your users.
Can I downgrade my plan?
Yes. Go to Settings and choose the lower tier. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Make sure you're within the new plan's limits before downgrading.
Do unused minutes roll over?
No. Usage limits reset at the start of each billing period.
How do I contact support about billing?
Use the Stripe Customer Portal (accessible from Settings) for invoice and payment questions. For plan-specific questions, reach out to our support team.
