The Monitoring Dashboard

Navigate to Monitoring in the admin panel to see a real-time overview of all your sidekicks' activity and usage.

The dashboard updates automatically — you don't need to refresh the page. Usage cards update every 60 seconds, the sidekick grid every 30 seconds, and the activity timeline every 15 seconds.

Usage Overview

At the top of the dashboard, usage cards show your current consumption against your plan's limits:

Voice Minutes
Time spent in voice conversations across all sidekicks
Text Messages
Total messages exchanged in text chat mode
Embedding Chunks
Knowledge base chunks retrieved for answers

Each card shows a progress ring that fills as you approach your plan's limit. The ring color changes based on usage:

Sidekick Status Grid

The main section of the dashboard shows a card for each of your sidekicks. Each card displays:

This view makes it easy to spot which sidekick is consuming the most resources and whether any sidekick might need attention.

Tip: Remember that usage limits are shared across all your sidekicks — they're not per-sidekick quotas. The grid helps you understand distribution, but the total is what matters against your plan limit.

Activity Timeline

The right side of the dashboard shows a chronological timeline of recent conversations and events. Each entry shows:

The timeline updates every 15 seconds, giving you a live view of how your sidekicks are being used.

Usage Warnings

The dashboard is designed to give you early warning when you're approaching your plan's limits:

Healthy (under 80%)
Everything is running smoothly. No action needed.
Warning (80% - 99%)
You're approaching your limit. Consider upgrading your plan or reducing usage.
Exceeded (at or over limit)
You've reached your plan's limit for this period. Upgrade your plan for uninterrupted service.
